Description
"The important decision, the main cause of that research proves particularly successful, was to convert the inhabitants of Cervià de Ter protagonists of history. And when I write history I mean the great history, we usually explained in terms solemn and abstract but, also, often in simple lines and schematic. Throughout the research I have found information that allows, in a persistent, removing the usual cliches about the end of feudal rights. But while I dear, from the example of Cervià de Ter -especially rich- propose a comprehensive research program. If the legal papers do not manage to set the conditions for achieving the property, it is necessary to improve methods of historical analysis of social relations -dynamic, complex-defining property rights. That's why I wanted to present this study as an investigation into the mutant character -that is, not immutable, untouchable- of property".
