Description
Pere Lluís Font (Pujalt, Pallars Sobirà, 1934), who studied in France, has been a philosophy lecturer at the Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona (UAB) from its foundation in 1968. He has published works on the history of modern philosophy, the history of Catalan thinking and the philosophy of religion, and is the Co-director of the collection "Philosophical Texts" for the publishing house Edicions 62. He has been a member of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans since 1990 and has received the Creu de Sant Jordi from the Generalitat de Catalunya.
